Pistachio Formats
Naturally Opened
Shell-on pistachios with naturally split shells — the premium retail grade. Bright green kernel with authentic roasted flavour profile from Iranian and Turkish origins.
Roasted & Salted
Dry-roasted shell-on pistachios in classic salt or flavoured seasonings. Nitrogen-flushed for maximum crunch and shelf stability.
Shelled Kernels
De-shelled pistachio kernels graded by colour — Extra Green (EG), Green (G), and Blanched. For premium ice cream, pastry, and garnish applications.
Pistachio Paste
100% pure pistachio paste with no additives — intense green colour and rich flavour for gelato, praline, and artisan chocolate applications.

Quality Specifications
Origin
Iran (Akbari, Ahmad Aghaei, Fandoghi varieties) and Turkey (Antep/Gaziantep region) — the two most prized pistachio origins globally.
Grading
Shell-on: Extra Long (28mm+), Long (26–28mm), Round (22–25mm). Kernels: Extra Green (>80% green), Green, Blanched White.
Certifications
ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic (on request). Aflatoxin testing B1, B2, G1, G2 per EU Reg. 178/2006 limits.
Packaging
12.5 kg vacuum cartons (kernels), 25 kg PP woven sacks (shell-on), 200g–1kg retail vacuum pouches with private label option.
Shelf Life
12 months at <15°C for shell-on. Kernels: 9 months standard, 18 months under MAP. Paste: 12 months refrigerated.
Export Ready
Full EC aflatoxin health certificate, phytosanitary certificate, CITES documentation (not required for processed), and CoA per shipment.
