Cambay Industries sources raw cashews from premier West African and Vietnamese origins and processes them in our HACCP-certified facility. We apply world-standard CCCI grading to produce consistently large, creamy white kernels across all commercial grades.
Our cashew range serves global snacking brands, confectionery manufacturers, and food-service distributors — with flexible packaging options from retail 100g pouches to 25kg vacuum tins and bulk container shipments.

Product Grades
Large whole cashew kernels, 180 per pound — the finest premium grade used in luxury confectionery, gift packaging, and gourmet retail.
Standard commercial whole grades — the globally preferred sizes for FMCG snacking brands and food-service distributors worldwide.
Dry-roasted and seasoned cashews, packaged in nitrogen-flushed pouches for maximum shelf life and crunch retention.
Economy-grade broken pieces for bakery, ice cream, and manufacturing applications — excellent value for high-volume processors.
Technical Details
West Africa (Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana) and Vietnam — the two largest cashew-producing regions, with farm-level traceability on request.
W180, W210, W240, W320, W450 whole grades; LP, SP, and Pieces. CCCI/USDA grading standards applied to every lot.
ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, Organic (on request), Halal, Kosher. Aflatoxin and pesticide residue testing per EU MRL thresholds.
25 kg vacuum tins, 10 kg nitrogen-flush cartons, or 50 kg jute/PP sacks for bulk. Custom retail pouch programmes available.
12–18 months in original sealed packaging at <15°C / <65%RH. Vacuum-packed tins achieve 24-month shelf stability.
Phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, and Certificate of Origin for all major import markets including EU, USA, and GCC.
