Cambay Industries sources pistachios from the two origins that dominate the global premium pistachio market — Iran's historic Akbari and Ahmad Aghaei growing regions, and Turkey's Gaziantep (Antep) province. Iranian Akbari Long pistachios are among the most sought-after varieties globally, prized for their large size, distinctive elongated shell, vivid green kernel, and rich, complex flavour. Turkish Antep pistachios are smaller but pack extraordinary flavour intensity and colour vibrancy — making them the preferred choice for pistachio paste production used in gelato, praline, and artisan confectionery worldwide.

We supply the full pistachio product spectrum: naturally split shell-on pistachios for retail and food service, Extra Green (EG) and Green (G) graded de-shelled kernels for food manufacturing, and 100% pure pistachio paste for gelato and chocolate applications. Every consignment is accompanied by EC aflatoxin health certification — the critical document required for EU import compliance — tested to B1, B2, G1, G2 limits under EU Regulation 1881/2006.

Iranian and Turkish shell-on pistachios with naturally split shells. Suitable for roasting, retail packs, gifting, and food service snacking formats.

Roasted & Salted

Dry-roasted shell-on in classic salt or flavoured seasonings. Nitrogen-flushed for maximum crunch. Available in bulk and retail formats.

Shelled Kernels – Extra Green

De-shelled Extra Green (EG) graded kernels with >80% vivid green colour — the premium grade for gelato, chocolate, and pastry garnish applications.

Pistachio Paste (100%)

Pure pistachio paste with no additives — intensely green colour and rich flavour for gelato, praline, croissant filling, and artisan chocolate.
