An ageing, water-stained shower curtain signals a lack of attention to detail that guests will notice and comment on. Cambay Industries manufactures shower curtains that maintain their appearance through months of daily commercial use, combining durable water-repellent performance with anti-mould finishing and wash-durability that keeps them guest-ready through 200+ laundering cycles.
Our primary commercial hotel specification is a 150 GSM heavy-duty woven polyester with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish — significantly better durability and visual longevity than commodity PEVA alternatives, and machine washable at 60°C for integration into standard hotel linen programmes. For eco-conscious hotel groups, our chlorine-free PEVA range offers a BPA-free, fully recyclable alternative in 15 standard colours. And for boutique hotels and branded properties seeking a distinctive bathroom aesthetic, our custom sublimation print service delivers full-width bespoke designs with a 200-unit minimum.
Range

Environmentally preferable chlorine-free PEVA shower curtain in 15 standard colours. No plasticisers or heavy metals. BPA-free and fully recyclable at end of life.
Jacquard-effect textured woven polyester with pattern relief finish. Adds a design detail that elevates mid-market and boutique hotel bathroom aesthetics.
Full-width sublimation or screen-printed custom design on polyester. Bespoke hotel brand print, nature motifs, or abstract designs on minimum 200-unit orders.
Technical Details
Standard: 180×180cm, 180×200cm, and 180×220cm (floor-length). Custom widths from 48" to 108" and custom lengths. Buttonhole header as standard; tape-top on request.
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish on woven polyester range. AATCC 22 spray rating: 80–100. Water roll-off reduces splash, keeps curtain drier, and reduces mould growth.
Anti-mildew and anti-bacterial finish as standard on all commercial ranges. Inhibits mould and mildew growth on the curtain surface — critical in high-humidity shower environments.
Woven polyester: 200+ wash cycles at 60°C. PEVA: wipe-clean and hand washable. DWR finish: re-activatable in tumble dryer after washing to restore water-repellency performance.
15 standard PEVA colours. Woven polyester: 20 standard colours. Full custom colour matching and pattern printing on woven polyester from 200-unit minimums.
Individual polybag or header card for retail. Bulk folded in carton for laundry/hotel supply. Hooks not included as standard but available as add-on. Inner packs for housekeeping trolley use.
