Cambay Industries manufactures veterinary pet pads for the demanding requirements of veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, kennel facilities, and pet care product brands. Our reusable pet pad range is engineered around a three-layer construction principle: a quilted textile top layer that maintains surface dryness by rapidly wicking moisture away from the animal's contact surface, a high-absorbency inner core that locks in fluid, and a waterproof PUL (polyurethane laminate) backing that prevents strike-through leakage onto clinical surfaces, equipment, and flooring.
For applications requiring single-use hygiene assurance — isolation wards, post-operative care, and infectious disease management — we supply disposable pet pads with superabsorbent polymer (SAP) cores delivering 1000–1600ml/unit peak capacity with a rapid-absorption, pet-safe non-woven top surface. Both reusable and disposable ranges are available in custom sizes, with custom branded packaging for veterinary product brands seeking to retail under their own label.

Technical Details
Reusable: 800–2500ml/m² capacity depending on GSM. Disposable: SAP core with 1000–1600ml/unit peak capacity. Rapid absorption surface keeps pets dry.
Waterproof PUL (Polyurethane Laminate) backing on all reusable pads. PE film backing on disposable range. AATCC spray rating 80–90 hydrostatic head tested.
Reusable pads: tested to 300 machine wash cycles at 60°C with <5% absorbency reduction. QC tested at intervals using pour-test and strike-through time measurements.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on all textile elements. REACH-compliant backing materials. Pet-safe tested — no harmful chemicals in contact with animal skin surfaces.
Standard: 45×60cm, 60×90cm, 75×100cm, 100×150cm and 150×200cm. Custom dimensions available from 50 unit minimums.
Reusable: polybag wrapped in white or custom colour per unit. Disposable: 10pc, 50pc or 100pc retail boxes or plain bulk carton. Custom retail pack design service available.
